Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping

We process web orders within 1-3 business days after receiving. Once the order is processed, the order will ship within 2-3 business days. Two day, three day and overnight shipments will arrive at your door after order is processed. For example, if a overnight order is placed on Friday the order will pick pack and ship 1-3 business days after your order is placed on our website. Therefore an overnight order will arrive at your door 1 day after we have picked packed and shipped the order. If there is a delay, you will be contacted with an expected delivery date. During November and December, shipments may take up to 4 or 5 business days before shipping. Once your items ship, you will be notified by email with tracking numbers.

We are not responsible for merchandise that cannot be delivered. The courier only allows three attempts before returning it to the sender. We are not responsible for any shipment once the order leaves our warehouse. All situations of missing or stolen packages will have to be submitted by the receiving party to UPS. All packages are insured up to $100.00. Any special shipping instructions must be emailed to [email protected]. The will be additional charges for any order that requires a signature.

Return Policy

We will accept returns on items within 15 business days from the date of receipt of shipment. Please contact our office for an RMA before returning the product. All items must be in new condition and have tags, original packaging, and the original invoice. We will not accept merchandise that is beyond the 15 business day window or not in the original packaging or has been used.

Customer is responsible for the entire cost of shipping on returned merchandise and there could be a 15% restocking fee. We only exhange for same items only.

All tags must be attached to the item and the item must still include all original packing and be in new condition.

Damaged Merchandise

If an item arrives damaged, please be sure to contact us within 5 BUSINESS days of item receipt. An RMA # will be issued for you for a proper return. We will include all instructions and labels.

If an item becomes defective, within 30 days of receipt, we will take it back for an exchange or store credit. No refunds will be given.

Our items are received in our warehouse in cases, and each item is sealed in individual plastic. Therefore, we are unaware of any items that are damaged. It is important that you inspect all your items when you receive it. All items must be returned with tags attached within 10 days of invoice. We will not accept any merchandise that arrives to our facility without tags attached.

You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. When the returns are processed, we will ship you the corrected item. It will be the exact item and size that you originally ordered. We cannot make any size exchanges on damaged merchandise.
